Completed Science Center (SC) Work Plan Package should contain files requested in the Work Plan Guidance matrix. SC's having a "WP" in their respective columns, need to provide responses to the specific requests. In submitting work plan files, please use the following naming conventions when submitting files:

1. GWPLAN (file updated and renamed FY14.SC.GWPLAN.yymmdd.xls)
2. SWPLAN (file updated and renamed FY14.SC.SWPLAN.yymmdd.xls)
