Completed Science Center (SC) Work Plan Package should contain files requested in the Work Plan Guidance matrix. SC's having a "WP" in their respective columns, need to provide responses to the specific requests.

When submitting work plan files, please use the following naming conventions:

FYyy.SC.nameofbudgetdocument.yymmdd.doctype

Ex. SWPLAN Document - FY17.TX.SWPLAN.160518.xls
