The Water Resources NSDI Node is an online centralized repository of digital metadata that conforms to the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) standards. Submit a Geospatial Dataset to the USGS WRD NSDI NodeUse this form to have your GIS dataset, GW Model, metadata, or other data archive served or updated on the USGS WMA NSDI Node. Please follow the instructions for your archive submittal. Click on the help! link if you are uncertain of what to put in the form. If you have more than one dataset or model to archive (.mdb, .gdb, .shp, raster, etc., file) you should have more than one metadata (.xml) file. Please submit this form for each of those archives, referencing each of your data sets and each metadata file or contact the Mike Ierardi to let him to let him know that you would like to do multiple (batch) archive requests at once.
Extended comments and questions may be sent via email to Water WebServer Team or to Mike Ierardi at mierardi@usgs.gov. Another free service brought to you by the Office of Water Information. •
