The pane for the Surface-Water Routing Process is on the MODFLOW Packages and Programs dialog box under Surface-Water Routing. The Surface-Water Routing Process is included in MODFLOW-NWT but not MODFLOW-2005.
The Surface-Water Routing Process is used to simulate complex surface-water flow conditions. For example, it can simulate backwater effects due to flooding and can simulate structures, such as dams, that control the flow. See SWR - Surface-Water Routing Process in the Online Guide for more information.
ModelMuse will number the reaches in the Surface-Water Routing Process automatically. However, you can override this behavior for any particular reach by assigning a vertex value using "Reach" as the key. For more information see the Vertex Values dialog box.
The SWR: Surface-Water Routing Process Pane has the following sub-panes.
