The SWR Observations pane is on the Data Visualization dialog box. It is used to display data generated by SWR Observations along a series of reaches defined by the selected objects.
When the Data Visualization dialog box is first displayed, the selected objects are used to determine which SWR reaches to plot. To change the reaches to plot, click the Get selected reaches button. Before data can be plotted, you must first define SWR Observations. SWR Observations can be defined either for specific objects or in the SWR Observations dialog box. You must then run MODFLOW and select the file containing the observation results. If any of the reaches contain observations of the selected type, they will be plotted in a graph for the selected time. ModelMuse will attempt to arrange the reaches using the connections between reaches. Lines will be drawn between successive points in the graph if the reaches for those points are connected.
The plots can be animated by clicking the Animate button. The animation interval is the time in seconds between when one plot in the animation series is displayed and when the next is displayed.
Because no data from the SWR Observations pane is saved, the Apply button is disabled when the SWR Observations pane is being used.
