In the Study Area Description, the hydraulic conductivity is specified as 0.0001 m/s. To set that select Data|Edit Data Sets... Then in the tree control on the left, expand Required|Hydrology and select Kx. For the Default formula, enter 0.0001. Then click the Apply button. (If the default formula is already 0.0001, you can leave it unchanged.)
