This pane is on the Farm Land Use Properties dialog box.
LAND_USE_AREA_FRACTION specifies the area that the land use covers. The rest is considered bare/fallow land. If it is not specified, then wherever LOCATION has a crop identified (>0) 1.0 is used as the fraction (crop occupies entire cell).
