This tab is on the Water Balance Subregions dialog box.
When water supply does not meet demand the EFFICIENCY (OFE) can improve to 1.0 or remain the same.
EFFICIENCY_IMPROVEMENT is a flag to indicate if efficiency improvement is allowed.
False - Efficiency remains the same, crop transpiration reduced due to supply shortfall
True - Efficiency improves until it reaches 1.0, then crop transpiration reduced
If not specified, EFFICIENCY_IMPROVEMENT is automatically set to False, so OFE is held constant based on user input.
The efficiency improvement is specified for each irrigation type. Irrigation types are specified in the Farm Irrigation Types dialog box.
