This pane is on the MODFLOW Features tab of the Object Properties dialog box.
HAS_CROP_SALINITY_DEMAND is similar to IBOUND, which is an integer and indicates if crop has a salinity irrigation demand calculated
If specified as a zero (0), then it does not have it, if it is non-zero then it does. In ModelMuse, the formula should evaluate to True or False.
If HAS_CROP_SALINITY_DEMAND is not included, all crops are assumed to have salinity flushing.
