There are several reasons why a model might not be able to run.
.You might not have installed the model. The modeling programs such as MODFLOW and SUTRA are separate from ModelMuse and must be installed separately. You can download them from the USGS web site. https://water.usgs.gov/software/lists/groundwater
.You might have installed the model but you haven't told ModelMuse where it is installed. For MODFLOW and related programs, you can display the MODFLOW Program Locations Dialog Box. For SUTRA, you can display the SUTRA Program Location Dialog Box.
.You might have specified a different program for running the model rather than one of the models supported by ModelMuse. See #2 above.
.You might be trying to generate the model input in a folder for which you do not have write permissions. Try generating it in a different folder.
.One of more of the input files is open in another program and has locked a file that ModelMuse is trying to recreate. You will need to close the other program.
.There may be an error in the input files that causes the program to fail. Check the Erro rs and Warnings Dialog Box for errors and correct any that are listed. If there are no errors listed and the model still won't run, contact gs-w_modflow@usgs.gov for assistance.
