At the time of release of ModelMuse 5.2, a provisional release of SUTRA version 4 was available from https://github.com/aprovost-usgs/SUTRA_4/tree/develop. The compiled version of SUTRA 4 is in the msvs\bin_PROVISIONAL directory. When a final release is available, it will probably be available from https://www.usgs.gov/software/sutra-a-model-2d-or-3d-saturated-unsaturated-variable-density-ground-water-flow-solute-or.
