This model uses the River and Well packages so those two packages need to be activated.
Select Model|MODFLOW Packages and Programs... to display the MODFLOW Packages and Programs dialog box. Use the splitter control between the tree control on the left and the rest of the dialog box to see more or less of the tree control. Check the check boxes for the River and Well packages which are found on the tree control under Boundary conditions|Specified flux and Boundary conditions|Head-dependent flux. Click OK to close the dialog box.
