This tab is on the Water Balance Subregions dialog box.
Specify the source water supply salt concentration in PPM (mg/L) NOT MODEL UNITS!
In each Water Balance Subregion, the Non-Routed Delivery (NRD), Surface Water Delivery (SW), Groundwater Pumpage (GW), External Source concentrations are specified.
The External Source is only applicable if DEFICIENCY_SCENARIO set to False, which indicates external water is brought in to meet deficit demands
If not specified, then all source water supplies use a salt concentration of 0.0 PPM (mg/L).
