Unlike MODFLOW, SUTRA does not have a built-in option to use anisotropy for the permeability. However, ModelMuse can enforce enforce a constant ratio of the middle and minimum permeabilities to the maximum permeability during parameter estimation by PEST. The options to use anisotropy are specified on the Anisotropy of the SUTRA Options dialog box. There are similar options for the longitudinal and transverse dispersivity.
