CROP_MAX_LEACHING_REQUIREMENT
The maximum leaching requirement is 1.0, but this could result in a division by zero (RHOADES equation). It may be any value between 0.0 and 0.9999. This allows the user to specify a maximum allowed leaching requirement. If not specified then it is set to 0.99
