Transport of solutes through the groundwater can be simulated with MT3DMS, MT3D-USGS, or the Groundwater Transport (GWT) Process of MODFLOW 6. The chemical species used for transport with all three programs are specified on the Chem Species (MT3D and GWT) pane. Some data sets, such as porosity, are also shared between MT3D and GWT. Data for GWT are specified under GWT: Groundwater Transport and for MT3D under MT3DMS or MT3D-USGS.
