The confining bed has a hydraulic conductivity of 10-7 m/s. The rest of the layers have hydraulic conductivities of 10-4 m/s. We will define these values using parameters. Select "Model|MODFLOW Packages and Programs..." On the pane for the LPF package, change the number of HK parameters to 2. Set the values of the two parameters to 1E-4 and 1E-7 respectively. Check the Use Zones checkboxes for both parameters. Click OK.
