Accuracy and Precision of SF6 Analysis

All samples are analyzed in duplicate from two separate bottles. Standard deviations of 0.5 to 0.75 % are routinely obtained for repeated measurements of standards. The calibration is linear through the entire measuring range of 0 to 15 fmol/L. The analytical precision of the water samples is about 20% at the detection limit of < 0.01 fmol/L and about 3 % or better at concentrations from 0.2 fmol/L to a maximum reporting level of 20 fmol/L.
