Project Summary: This project will infuse new content into existing Water Heroes curricula to improve USVI students’ interest in STEAM and understanding of water science and careers. Students will learn about 1) Water conservation, water quality testing, and water filtration 2) Use virtual reality experiences to explore career pathways in water science, and 3) Incorporate routine water quality monitoring and field trip opportunities to bolster students’ understanding and familiarity of water science concepts. Project results will be shared with the community during public events.
