Project Summary: The Federate States of Micronesia’s (FSM) hydrology, watersheds and streams, may have potential for developing energy and water supply. This may be determined with streamflow variability and flow duration. Flow variability may be quantified directly from a gage site and ungaged reaches using inferential techniques such as streamflow duration curve analysis. This has been done however, it remains in the technical report (WERI UOG Technical Reports 154 and 164) and an Excel file. This will best used if the map and graphs were readily available, online via a WERI data visualization, MAppFx. MAppFx is a web-based data visualization product code that utilizes an interactive web map and graph code. The flow duration curve data will require organization and configuration into a Java Script Object Notation (JSON) as a web-based database for MAppFx code that provides a map and graph interface, and a modern database system.
