Project Summary: Springs are generally understudied as hydrologic features despite being ecologically and culturally significant. By establishing a network to support sustained monitoring and undergraduate research on urban springs in both Hawaiʻi and American Samoa, we aim to enhance researcher-community exchange around urban hydrology and strengthen water science educational and career pathways.
