Project Summary: This research will focus on the development of a new rainfall frequency methodology using L-moments software and a weighted ensemble analysis. The resulting rainfall frequency analysis and confidence limits will be used to improve the rainfall amounts for return periods of 2 to 100 years for storm duration of 24 hours.
