Project Summary: An important component of the Arkansas Water Resources Center's (AWRC) mission is the transfer of water resources information to the user community within Arkansas and the region, including researchers, students, water resource planners and managers, environmental consultants, environmental advocacy entities, lawyers and the general public. The AWRC accomplishes this mission primarily through 1) an annual water resources conference; 2) monthly electronic newsletters; 3) AWRC website including a significant portion of AWRC publications available electronically; 4) AWRC library materials not currently available on the website made available upon request; and 5) use of social media including Facebook and Twitter.
