Project Summary: The Iowa Water Center organizes and conducts education and outreach activities throughout the year. The focus of the Iowa Water Center 2013-2014 Information Transfer Project will be on educating the public concerning the water resources impacts of more variable and severe climatic events as evidenced by recent years, as well as the linkage between soil health and water management. Center activities take the form of conferences, scientific poster symposiums, field days, special publications, social media, website upkeep, fact sheets and informational brochures for educators and the general public.
