Project Summary: The Water Resources Research Center will partially support a graduate student to perform water quality analyses for volunteer monitoring groups in Massachusetts and to meet cutting edge academic analytical needs across the state. The graduate student will learn how to use high performance analytical tools such as an Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrophotometer, provide quality assurance samples to volunteer groups, and teach analytical methods to chemistry undergraduate students.
