Project Summary: Water is a universal and critical concern. In the Caribbean area, as elsewhere, management of this resource is enhanced through research and dissemination of the findings of the research. The Seventh Caribbean Islands Water Resources Congress will provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and sharing of experiences among persons with water resources interests in the Virgin Islands and in the Caribbean region. Additionally, the conference will provide an opportunity to determine areas of concern and to develop priority areas for future focus.
