Project Summary: The Texas Water Resources Institute Information Transfer Program will consist of the production of two print newsletters and one electronic newsletter, including Texas H2O, RGBI Outcomes and New Waves. It will also include maintenance of all TWRI Web sites including articles, photos, technical reports, Extension publications, research data and project progress reports. Special publications will be produced as necessary.
