Project Summary: The TWRI Information Transfer Program will consist of production of three newsletters, including "Texas Water Resources," "New Waves," and RGBO Outcomes." Will also include maintenance of the TWRI World Wide Web Site including acticles, photos, and technical reports. Internet list servers will be used to communicate with members and other stakeholders on a daily basis. Special publications and projects will be produced as needed.
