Agenda and Discussion Notes:

• Finalize Agenda items for Maine meeting.
  
  Discussion:
  Stephen King might not be able to attend meeting, nor Jessie Alvarez.
  
  Jeff Stoner will verify with Stephen King Eastern Region RGIO participation at the Maine ITAC meeting.
  
  WR CTO, Charlene Fischer, would like to attend Maine ITAC meeting.
  
  Discussion: We need to stay with our charter and stay focused on Water issues. We will continue cordially inviting RGIOs, and they can delegate to their CTOs, if they want.
  
  Question: What are the thoughts of ITAC on this?
• ITAC rotates from Region to Region…and we can invite regional CTOs to respective ITAC meetings within their Region?
• Should try to keep GIO participation within Region.
• A representative from Eastern Region should attend the ITAC Maine meeting, as the meeting is in that area. Steve King can make that call.
• We also discussed the need to have a Water field representative on Bureau IT Teams.
• This will be discussed further at ITAC meeting.
• We’ll need to work with Kevin Gallagher on these two topics.
• We can tell WR CTO the next ITAC meeting will be in Western Region, where they may attend.
  
  Jeff will update Maine ITAC meeting agenda and send it out; it will be posted onto ITAC Web site.
  
  Jim Nicholas will definitely attend the ITAC meeting in Maine.

  Feb2005.GA.10: Paperless Forms Data Tracking Tool:
  Chris Leeth said it’s basically a way to “generate program.”

  Discussion: Stephen Zehl was invited to ITAC Maine meeting, to give him exposure to NWIS map interface presentation and discussion.

• Terri Moore was referred to ITAC Web site to see listing of locations of former ITAC meetings, to get an idea where to possibly meet for the next ITAC meeting. This will be on the agenda and discussed at the Maine meeting.

• Jeff Stoner was reminded to ask Stephen King to send representative from Eastern Region to the ITAC Maine meeting.
