To run the model, first select File|Export|MODFLOW-2005 Input Files. After the model as finished running, select File|Export|MT3D-USGS Input Files. The data of most interest here is the time series of concentrations at the extraction and injection wells. This data has been saved in cts1_Chem.mto (if the mobile species in the BTN package is named "Chem").
