When MODFLOW runs, it will divide each MODFLOW time step into multiple transport time steps. We will want to plot the development of the chloride plume so we need to make sure that the concentrations are saved at multiple times.
Select Model|MODFLOW Output Control and go to the MT3D tab. Change the controls so that the concentrations are saved every 5 transport steps.
