GetValuesFromArrayFiles is used when values of input data arrays will be used as calibration observations.
GetValuesFromArrayFiles requires one parameter to be passed to it on the command line. The parameter is the name of the input file for GetValuesFromArrayFiles.
The first line of the input file is the name of an input data array file. The data array file must consist of only values for the array. However, there are no limitations on the number of values on a line or the number of lines in the file.
Each following line defines one observation. The line starts with the observation name followed by a series of indices and weights. The name of the observation, the indicies and the weights are all separated from one another by commas. The following is the beginning of such a file. The arrays file is in the "arrays" director and is named RmaSutraCompleted.Maximum_Hydraulic_Conductivity_1.arrays. The first observation is named "1_1_Maximum_Hydrauli." The first several values will come from the arrays file at locations 22, 31, 37, and 38. The weights assigned to these observations will be 1.1, 1.2, 1.2, and 1.1 respectively.
