The Drain Observation input file is used to specify observations of flow through Drain boundaries for use in the Observation process.

Input for the Drain Observation input file is read from a file that is specified with "DROB" as the file type listed in the name file.

Read item 4 for each of NQOBDR observation times for this group of cells. STATISTIC and STAT-FLAG are ignored if IOWTQDR is greater than zero.

Read item 5 for each cell in this group; the number of cells equals the absolute value of NQCLDR from item 3.

Read items 6 and 7 if IOWTQDR is greater than 0.  Items 6 and 7  are only available in MODFLOW-2000.
