This model uses the CHD (Time-varying specified head) and RCH (Recharge) packages. To activate them, select "Model|MODFLOW Packages and Programs." Expand "Boundary conditions|Specified head" and check the check box for the CHD package. Expand "Boundary conditions|Specified flux" and check the check box for the RCH package. Change the "Recharge location option" to "Top active cell." Then click OK.
