Updated log for CYCLE II NAWQA Coverages

• 12/31/02--Cycle II boundaries published in spatial data library. NAWQACYC2 contains full resolution boundaries and NAWQAGENCYC2 contains generalized boundaries.

Update log for CYCLE I NAWQA Coverages

• 12/31/02--Cycle I boundaries now called NAWQACYC1 (full resolution) and NAWQAGENCYC1 (generalized). These new coverages replace the old "NAWQA" and "NAWQAGEN" coverages.
• 10/17/02--Cycle I generalized NAWQA coverage is "frozen." Same changes as for full resolution coverage (see list under 07/05/02).
• 07/05/02--Cycle I NAWQA coverage is "frozen." Changed back to 4 main NAWQA groups: 1) studied 1991-95, 2) studied 1994-98, 3) studied 1997-01, 4) not studied during cycle I. Removed items G5BND, G6BND, G7BND from arc attribute table. Added item ACTUALLY_STUDIED to polygon attribute table. Coded annotation $level to match study unit group.
• 07/01/99--Changed projection to NAD83.
• 06/23/99--Changed boundary of SANA.
• 04/06/99--Changed boundaries of YELL, NROK, UIRB, DELR.
• 12/04/98--Small change to UMIS boundary.
• 09/25/98--Incorporated higher resolution boundaries for ALMN and MIAM.
• 06/30/98--Incorporated revised DELR boundary.
• 06/05/98--Incorporated higher resolution boundaries for UIRB and LIRB. Updated study unit starting years to reflect recent program changes. This coverage now should be used with the High Plains boundary, which is maintained in a separate coverage.
• 10/14/97--Converted coverage metadata from "document.aml" to text file that passes the "mp" metadata parser program.
• 09/09/97--Changed YAKI and DLMV from FY 97 studies to "unscheduled."
• 05/16/97--Expanded item NAME in PAT from 40 characters to 50 characters so full study unit name (with no abbreviations) could fit into this field.
• 03/24/97--Enhanced SCTX and CONN boundaries with higher resolution versions.
• 12/09/96--Added small portion to UTEN. Removed Lake Okeechobee from SOFL.
• 08/12/96--Updated MISE boundary. Merged NNEB and SENE into NECB (FY 1997 study). Changed CACI, CHEY, KANS, KNTY, NPLT, and UARK to be "unscheduled." Changed GRSL, NROK, and SHPL to be FY 1997 studies. Renumbered NAWQAs in this coverage from 1-57. OAHU is 58 and COOK is 59.
• 10/26/95--Removed Central High Plains and Central Oklahoma. Added Middle Arkansas River Basin (MARK) and Canadian-Cimarron River Basins (CACI).
