A/O's:

WRD has just been notified that FY 2001 Planned Procurement Actions over 
$100K are due Monday, August 28, 2000.  I apologize for the short fuse but 
have just received the request.  You will be receiving a fax with the 
attached memo and three attachments with complete details.  Unfortunately, 
the three attachments being sent via fax are not available electronically. 
 

Since it was such a short fuse, I wanted to let you know it was coming so 
that you could be looking for it.  Many of you will have no planned 
procurement over $100K, please fax a memo stating this.  I have to forward 
a response to procurement from all WRD cost centers.

Let me know if you have any questions and again I apologize for the short
