This map shows sites with at least 30 values of the particle-size distribution of suspended sediment. Specifically, the parameters that were retrieved included the percentage of suspended-sediment material finer than a sieve diameter of 0.062 mm (USGS parameter code 70331) or the percentage of suspended-sediment material in distilled water having a fall diameter finer than 0.062 mm (USGS parameter code 70342).
