NAME
       linkrel.pl - Changes URL's to relative links.

SYNOPSIS
       linkrel.pl URL filein

   where:
       URL      The full URL of the file to be checked.
       filein   The input file to be checked. If not given,
                input will be from STDIN.

DESCRIPTION
       This program will read the input file and, where possible,
       convert all URL's to relative references. Output is to
       STDOUT.

OTHER PROGRAMS
       linkabs.pl changes all relative links to absolute URL's.
