NAME
       linkabs.pl - Changes relative URL's to full URL's.

SYNOPSIS
       linkabs.pl URL filein

   where:
       URL      The full URL of the file to be checked.
       filein   The input file to be checked. If not given,
                input will be from STDIN.

DESCRIPTION
       This program will read the input file and convert all
       relative URL's to absolute URL's. Output is to STDOUT.

OTHER PROGRAMS
       linkabs.pl changes, where possible, all full URL's to
       full URL's.
