pkentry - A graphic user interface to editing and updating the peak flow file.

Information:
The PKentry program was created to facilitate the entry and edits of peaks in the NWIS peak flow file.

Functions of the program are:

• Printing of peak flow summary
• Retrieval of peaks from ADAPS using end of year retrievals
• Editing of pending peaks (retrieved from EOY)
• Editing of historical peaks
• Deletion of peaks
• Checkbox selection of qualifiers for discharge, associated gage height, and max gage height
• Retrieval and listing of potential problem peaks as identified by Karen Ryberg's scripts
• Station level comments
• Peak level comments
