• Rooms are reserved for check-in on May 13 and checkout on May 16 at a rate of $55 per night.
• The perdiem rates for the Rensselaer County (where the office is) is 55/30   $85
• Grady Moore provided the state tax exempt forms for lodging.
 

Attendees need to make their reservations by April 15, 2002.
After this date, there is no rate guarantee.

"It is expected that ITAC will create subcommittees to address specific subjects; members of ITAC may be asked to complete assigned tasks for these subcommittees after they have completed their term on ITAC. The Senior Staff will be briefed at regular intervals on the issues pertaining to computer hardware and software that affect WRD."

Sep2001.WY.3	Person(s) Assigned:  Mike Slifer Description of Action Item:  Mike will draft a memo from ITAC to Karen Siderelis expressing ITAC's views on the electronic forms issues. Status of AI/Comment:
Sep2001.WY.5	Person(s) Assigned:  Mike Slifer and Grady Moore Description of Action Item:  Mike and Grady wil; draft a recommendation for the WRD District Chiefs meeting on Active DIrectory and present the recommendations to the GIO Team Group. ---Loren and Nelson will provide some bullets to Mike and Grady. Mike Slifer will make certain that Karen Siderelis and Donna Scholtz get a cc. Status of AI/Comment:
Sep2001.WY.6	Person(s) Assigned:  Tom Wood Description of Action Item:  Tom will provide ITAC members the computer security incident response document for review includes information that Mike McNally and Mike Cunningham are drafting regarding some standard operating procedures. Status of AI/Comment:
Jan2002.NV.2	Person(s) Assigned:  Sam Martinez Description of Action Item:  Sam will clarify the Active Directory benefits to Bureau, cost centers, and the site administrators Status of AI/Comment:
JAN2002.NV4	Person(s) Assigned:  Jessica Alvarez (NR), Jim Bettendorff (SR), Scott McEwen (CR), and Graig McHendrie (WR) Description of Action Item:  The four Regional Computer Specialists to ask the regional surface-water specialists for a priority list of Districts in their Regions for the upcoming spring flood season and provide these lists to NatWeb and NWISWeb team leaders. Status of AI/Comment:   Sandy Williamson suggests that the districts be put into 5 groups where within a group, where more than one district will not likely flood at the same time.
Jan2002.NV.5	Person(s) Assigned:   ITAC members Description of Action Item:  ITAC members send nominations to Charlie Merk in two weeks from today and Mike Slifer will draft an email to conduct the email vote. Status of AI/Comment:
Jan2002.NV.6	Person(s) Assigned:  Scott McEwen, Loren Kloft, Jessie Alvarez and Brian McCallum Description of Action Item:  Scott McEwen, Loren, Jessie, and Brian, will find out status of the technical office's data archival report if not completed, will draft a data archival model, including checklists, of what needs to be archived by the next meeting. Gene Summerhill, Office of Information has on his plate the job of developing policy and guidelines for WRD to comply with NARA. Status of AI/Comment:
Jan2002.NV.7	Person(s) Assigned:  ITAC Members Description of Action Item:  ITAC Members shall send comments on the FY02 goals to Mike Slifer by February 5. Status of AI/Comment:
