- ITAC Action Items Status -"It is expected that ITAC will create subcommittees to address specific subjects; members of ITAC may be asked to complete assigned tasks for these subcommittees after they have completed their term on ITAC. The Senior Staff will be briefed at regular intervals on the issues pertaining to computer hardware and software that affect WRD."

Description of Action Item: Mike and Grady wil; draft a recommendation for

Description of Action Item: The four Regional Computer
Specialists to ask the regional surface-water specialists for a priority
list of Districts in their Regions for the upcoming spring flood season
and provide these lists to NatWeb and NWISWeb team leaders. Status of AI/Comment: Sandy Williamson suggests that
the districts be put into 5 groups where within a group, where more than
one district will not likely flood at the same time. |

and Brian, will find out status of the technical office's data archival
report if not completed, will draft a data archival model, including
checklists, of what needs to be archived by the next meeting. Gene Summerhill,
Office of Information has on his plate the job of developing policy and
