If you need a ride to the hotel.....

Once you collect your luggage, you will need to call this toll free number, (800) 672-0800, from any pay phone. You will then be instructed on where to meet the shuttle. Please remember the shuttle is on an on-call basis and can be subject to delays. Also, the shuttle is a 5 passenger van, so seating is limited.

Please email Kym if you have rented a car so we can try to coordinate transportation for everyone from the hotel to the office and for dinners.
