Issue: How ITAC is positioned within the new framework of the organization. The lines of communication need to be better defined. What can we do to become more efficient?  We need to understand what the other teams/groups are doing, who is on them.  This is tabled until the next face to face meeting.

12/15/09 - Completed

10/8/09 – Ramona Traynor, assigned to N. Carolina (but lives in Ft Collins), was suggested for Web rep on ITAC.  Katherine will follow up.

9/8/09 – Katherine can ask David Boldt again but would like to have a field person. Send a memo out to the WSC Director’s and cc the webmasters (GS-W Webmasters)

8/11/09 – Those pondering this have been unable to identify new candidates for an ITAC web representative. Two were considered by did not work out.  Terri and Katherine will continue to search.

7/14/09 – No action report, Katherine was not on the call.

6/11/09 – tabled – If anyone comes up with a good can

5/19/09 – To be addressed at the MT face to face meeting

4/14/09 – Pat will follow through and ask Katherine how to proceed.

2/4/09 – The person that serves on ITAC could also be technical enough to serve on Karen’s team. Yes: there should be a Web person on ITAC. Possibility: Cian Dawson and Karen Ryberg. Pat will contact the Directors/Supervisors of the above named persons.
