  A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at the AmeriSuites in Little Rock. The rooms will be held for Monday, 11/15/04, through Wednesday, 11/17/04 (3 nights) at $69/night -- $3 below the Government lodging rate. Specific information follows:

  I was told the hotel has free high-speed Internet access, and that they serve an "extended" complimentary continental breakfast. There is a free airport shuttle service to the hotel also; however, I would need to get the flight information of all those who plan to use it to Toni Lamb in the Sales Office as soon as I can (so they would know when the best time would be to send the shuttle to the airport on 11/15/04, and when to leave the hotel for the airport on 11/18/04, if necessary.

  NOTE: As the opening of the Clinton Library will be on Thursday, 11/18/04, it is suggested that all who plan to attend the meeting make their airline reservations as soon as possible, as Little Rock will be quite busy that week. (This is a major reason why this particular hotel was chosen for this meeting, as it is located away from where most of the congestion will likely be, and in close proximity to the Arkansas District Office -- behind it.)
