Description of Action Item: Is it possible to reimburse an employee for part of their personal cell phone bill? This would provide a cost savings so the office does not have to pay $45.00 or more per cell phone.

Issue: MT Network Assessment – The MT WSC has a slow connectivity.

Description of Action Item:

Susan – She will forward a memo from NWIS with the suggestion with how to improve performance and what tools to use.
Paul – Suggested contacting Tim Lee in the central region GIO to assist with a network assessment.

There are 3 or 4 protocols that can be used to determine the cause.

9/8/09 – Tabled  - We will check with Susan.

8/11/09 – We believe that we have completed what we wanted on this.
