Your Input Required -- Proposed changes for ITAC conference calls |
Dear ITAC colleagues,
Your input (read "vote") is needed on two questions before noon on Monday, July 7 --
1. Should ITAC scale back to only one cyber meeting between each face-to-face meeting?
2. Should ITAC cyber meetings be organized and conducted by the ITAC Vice-Chair?
If the majority of ITAC members votes "yes" on question 1, the scheduled cyber meeting for July 18 would be cancelled, and the next cyber meeting would be held on Friday, August 15.
If question 2 passes, Sonya will conduct cyber meetings in August and December of this year, before becoming ITAC Chair next calendar year. Brian will still be ITAC Chair for the October meeting.
This message is intended to satisfy action item June2003.PA.18 -- "Nelson will poll the ITAC members regarding having only one cyber meeting between now and the October meeting. This proposed meeting would be held in August. Also suggested is having the ITAC Vice-Chair organize cyber meetings."
