To the technical office chiefs:

During the ITAC town hall meeting with the Pennsylvania District employees on June 10th, there was concerns raised by the District with regards to the lack of technical office support for various graphic and hydrologic modeling software packages, and the continued need at the District level for these software packages to be functional. Examples of such are G2, SPLUS, ARC IMS, and other HASS software. It was noted that many Districts use various versions of the same package, making it even more difficult to support these various software packages. ITAC would like to recommend that the Technical Offices, either independently or unified, develop a user survey of the District personnel who use these various software packages, so that the very limited resources could be targeted more precisely to assist with the support of these packages.
