We are not interested in locking you in to old technology and the benefit of Dell's model is we do not warehouse old product so buying outdated technology should not be an issue. That said your desktop configs are pretty beefy and option upgrades were approved by John so if user want to buy the OA desktop with a 3.06ghz processor, 4gb of memory, etc they can.
