Administrative Information

  • A block of 25 rooms are reserved for check-in on April 30 and checkout on May 3 at per diem of $72 plus taxes.
  •  Reservations must be made by April 16, 2001.
   
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty of the cost of one night's suite and tax.
  • The lodging is in Williamson County.
    The USGS WRD Nashville Tennessee Office in located in Davidson county. After checking with Susan Sheely, the USGS Headquarters travel guru, Lori Crabtree found out your AO should use the office location, not the lodging location, for travel and per diem computations. Therefore, the per diem is $42 and the lodging is $72; total is $114.

  To make reservations, call (615) 370-0111 and be sure to mention that you are with the U.S. Geological Survey.

  All suites include:

I-440 West
I-65 South
Exit 74B Old Hickory Blvd/Brentwood-West
Right at the end of the exit ramp (towards Brentwood) -- be in the left of the 2^nd right turn lanes
Left at the 1^st light-Franklin Road-be in the left of the 2 left turn lanes
Left at the 1^st light-Church Street
In less than a mile you should see the Hilton Suites on your right
Right on Overlook Circle (before the hotel), then left into the hotel.

I-40 West
I-440 West
I-65 South
Exit 78A Harding Place East
Left 1^st light-Trousdale
Right on the last road before the RR tracks
1^st left and we are the building on the right
You'll see the number 640 on the building

1^st left on Church Street
Follow the signs back to I-65 (this is slightly different than the way you came in)
Right on Wilson Pike
Right on Old Hickory Blvd
I-65 North
Exit 78 Harding Place and turn right on Harding
Left at 1^st light-Trousdale
Right on the last road on your right before the RR tracks
