Ernie Dryer will send out an email on High-Data Rate Data
Collection Platforms to the all Data Chiefs and a copy to the WaterSenior Staff.
(Note that the CC list grew to include: District Chiefs, Office of Surface Water
personnel, NWIS DBAs, SWUG members and anyone in Districts who need this status of
the HDR problems. Additions added from input of ITAC and NWIS email threads.)
